Building restoration is a very "Green" thing to do!

Each building we update and rehabilitate so that it is once again useful and desireable is one less new building that needs to be built.

• Install Energy Star roofing products that meet LEED requirements for reducing the Heat Island Effect (NC - SS Credit 7.2, or EB - SS Credit 6.2) as well as federal standards for Tax Credits!


• Are an FPL Participating Independent Contractor ^(SM)


• Seal out water to extend building life and preserve indoor air quality!


• Practice responsible Construction Waste Management (recycling of all concrete, metal, wood, etc.) in compliance with LEED NC MR Credit 2!


• Offset our company's Carbon Footprint through Native Energy (the firm mentioned in An Inconvenient Truth)


• Take an active role in the US Green Building Council's South Florida Chapter to further awareness and practices.


• Have achieved Green Advantage certification, demonstrating our knowledge of and commitment to environmentally responsible construction!


• Are doing more every single day!
